Nice staff at the relax part; they let us play tennis four days without any fee. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool with lifeguards. Good gym. Clean and nicely planned rooms.
One of the mail receptionists were a little bit snotty/arrogant. The hotel is located a little bit outside the Lyon center, but there are busses just outside the hotel which are operated at least one time every hour in the evening, and more frequently during the day.

The hotel had indeed a very pretty and wonderful location in restaurant area & bar area. The room was spotlessly clean and modest and included an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe, really enjoyed it.

The Spa and swimming pools are excellent
The rooms are clearly not to a 4* standard. The shower in the room didn't even work properly. Design looks loke 70s

Location and facilities were very good and clean.
The hotel restaurant was not very good and service was slow. Quality of the food does not correspond to a 4 stars hotel. No mini bar in the room.

Spa and swimming pool are really nice. Bus stop just in front of the hotel, it's easy to take bus or metro to go down town

Hotel staff were excellent and well educated. SPA was wonderful. We had a 3 year old girl. She enjoyed the baby gym very much!! (open for kids from 6 months to 6 years old; the baby sitting price included up to 2 hours!) We parents had a total of 4 hours (evening and the next morning) being free, enjoying the SPA without a kid. Very recommended for a family with chidlren under 6 yeras old.
Construction, but it's almost finished. Restaurant food wasn't great, but the price was not too high for a hotel.

When compared to starwood hotels, where i typically go, for a very similar budget, i do not get the same level in the facilities or service. I think it is nice but definitely not good value for money, also considering the location, that is not central. To be said, i have not taken advantage of the Spa facilities, so i am not sure as they may be ab amazing. Cheers

Perfect for a Group Escape
The pool area was really good. Like a mini paradise with plenty of space to relax with friends. Everyone loved the duck salad at dinner. It was amazing!
Wasn't exactly cheap but still good value

The place is clean, convenient to the Northern end of the city, and has a great location on the Soane.
I will never understand French shower doors. This one was half-sized (I can deal with that) but the door had a cutout in the bottom that leaked water on the floor in great quantities.

Staff were excellent, very helpful . food very good and room quite spacious. Liked the hotel.
Dor man more interested in seeing lyon football team than helping with bags. A little expensive esp the food.

Smart modern hotel with excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
It is a little far from the simple public transport facilities, so it is necessary to use taxis a lot. Otherwise great.

Day-long availability of spa facilities - view from window (our room better than ordered, the first one we were shown to was already occupied!)
Not the hotel's fault, the buses were sparse and eccentric, Lyon was in a state of maximum chaos, and the fact that the hotel was 3 km from city centre rendered going to town arduous, and in the case of the crazy buses, expensive in taxis. Again, not the hotel's fault - bar and seating areas beautifully designed, and 'subtily' lit, as there were hardly any people it was like being in a cave. Increasing problems for the partially-sighted, the increasing difficulty in finding and using vital buttons.

it is good to have apartments that can cater for 4 people and plenty of parking and the continental breakfast in the apartment block was very good and the staff were excellent
the food in the dining room was sub standard and after one dinner we did not eat there again also it is a 34 euro taxi ride return to the city center

It was just a smart choice for a trip in Lyon with attractive and competitive value for money. The hotel staff were polite and helpful , made a positive difference. Make sure to check the pool's opening times for better planning.
